The project’s formal layer
Not every text speaks
with the same confidence.
The archive contains 25 works published on Zenodo in 2025. New outputs from computable models sit above them as a separate layer, so the earlier theoretical line does not hide the current one.
Status is not a “good or bad” rating. It tells the reader where to begin and what role a work plays in the current research programme.

A Minimal Sphere Model for the Emergence of VSEPR-Like Molecular Geometries
Research Square · research preprint · version 1 · 24 June 2026
This work marks a new external track for the project: not a broad medium-based explanation, but a concrete minimal model built around a computable object.

Applications of the model’s language to specific physical problems.
Early versions preserved as history rather than the current entry point.
Where to begin
Core UCM-T publications
Five works form the theoretical basis of the late-2025 version of the project. They are best read as a programme that subsequent models must now test and refine.

Thematic works
These texts show how the medium-based language was applied across fields. In the new architecture they become a map of hypotheses to be connected to models and explicit tests.
